Q: HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE FABRIC BOA PURSES?
A: We recommend you spot clean if at all possible. If you order a dyed boa (most of the bright colors are dyed) the dye could possibly run if machine-washed. However, any natural boa can be washed and machine dried. Fat Rat™ will not be responsible for any purses washed and ruined. Please take to your dry cleaners for professional cleaning.

Q: HOW DO YOU CARE FOR THE HAND-PAINTED SHOE?
A: All shoes are hand-painted with an acrylic paint and sealed with several coats of poly sealer. The shoes are very durable with normal wear. To clean simply use a damp cloth. If more intensified cleaning is required it is safe to use the product "Goo-Gone". Apply to a dry white cloth and rub the shoe lightly. Never apply cleaner directly to shoe.

Q: ARE THE WOOD SHOES COMFORTABLE?
A: Yes, the hand-painted wood shoes are comfortable! The base of the shoe is made of wood. The uppers are all made of elastic covered with fabric or leather, depending on the style selected.

A: Most of our designs can be worn cropped or long length and look very fashionable. We do offer custom tailoring on some styles i.e.: On the pants with insets extra length can be added as well as embellished sleeves. Q: RETURN POLICY
A: Our Return Policy is so easy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return for a full refund. We offer full credit on returned merchandise minus a 25% restocking fee to cover shipping, handling, and insurance cost. Fat Rat must be notified that the item will be returned within 3 business days. You must call for a RA# (Return Authorization). Returns for refund must be postmarked within three business days of delivery to your premises. The Fat Rat “garment hang tags” must not be removed or no credit will be given.

Returns on custom clothing, accessories, and/or furniture are excluded and are to be considered purchased as a Final Sale. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
